All are invited to the AMI north party September 13th and 14th at my ranch in Minden, NV (20 miles from s Lake Tahoe)

AM, SSB, COLLECTORS, COMMERCIAL BROADCASTERS, and THEIR FAMILY'S 

Please RSVP, Food, Radio Swap, tour of Virginia City Radio Museum and more. 

RV's welcome on the ranch, lots of room.

BRING LOTS OF STUFF TO SWAP

WE HAVE LOTS OF ROOM

The party is in a 3000 sq foot building.

If anyone plays an instrument bring it.

Brad lives on a 6 acre ranch so parking and RV's are not a problem. Including staying over night, also lots of pavement

 

The transmitter as it was installed at the KIIS 1150 Transmitter site in Montecito Heights.
(Just north of downtown Los Angeles)

Here it is in It's new home in Minden Nevada.

September 13th and 14th starting about 10:00 AM The party will end "whenever"

What to bring:

Bring wife, friends, radios, snacks, etc. Bring any drinks you might want.

September 13th party, lunch, SWAP MEET, (Please help with lunch costs)
Fire up the RCA BTA5 F transmitter evening hours and more
September 14th tour of Virginia City Radio Museum and anything anyone wants to do

Donations to help defer the cost of food will help.

We will be short on chairs and tables so bring chairs enough for yourself and more.

Bring folding tables if possible

You may stay for 1, 2, or more days.

Minden NV is 20 miles from California State Line S. Lake Tahoe. 7 1/2 hour drive from Los Angeles CA

Hotels are very close

Weather outlook:
Temps in the day time can range from mid 60's to mid 80s' night low 60s' to low 40's
Bring a hat,jacket and sunscreen, the elevation is 5000 feet of clear blue open skies.
